LETTER: E. Edwards, Gwanfryn, to Lord Newborough. Edwards writes that the exchange of some land with a Mr. Smith is now complete. Edwards says that as principal tenant of Caer Rhos he can assure his Lordship there is no better farm in Lleyn.
