LETTER: William Elias, at Conwy to Lord Newborough. Elias writes that the [North Wales] Railway Co. have posted notices giving their intention of making purchases of land within 21 days. Elias complains that he has been given no details as to the ground which is to be taken by the railway. Elias then gives details, as he knows them, of the property the railway will run across.
