LETTER: Owen Jones, Caernarfon to Lord Newborough. Jones informs his Lordship that Pennant has declined to decide on a certain question. He writes that he has been summoned to London for a matter concerning the Porthdinllaen Railway and will therefore be unable to attend the Turnpike Trust Meeting on the next Saturday.
