LETTER: David Williams, Broneryri, at London to Lord Newborough. He reports to his Lordship that the Porthdinllaen Railway project has been approved by the Standing Order Committee, with the exception of three. He gives details regarding mapping and advertising of the railway. Williams believes that no previous railway project got through the Standing Order Committee with so little amendment to its original plans.
