LETTER: R.A. Poole, Caernarfon, to Lord Newborough. Poole informs his Lordship that as a result of a meeting he recently had with Mr. O. Jones, no proceedings will now take place regarding the mortgages owed by the Turnpike Trust for three weeks. Further details are given of legal proceedings concerning the Trust, Mr. O. Jones, Mr. Hessan and Mr. Lloyd Roberts. Poole tells his Lordship of his departure to London shortly, stating that Mr. J. Millington will act as his deputy during the Quarter Session.
