LETTER: David Williams of the North Wales Railway Company to Lord Newborough. He writes giving news of the newly formed railway company to his Lordship, stating that shares are selling at £1.16.0d premium. He informs his Lordship of discussions with Mr. Bulkely Hughes regarding the secretaryship of the company and also says that enemies of the railway undertaking are at work. He closes by stating that Lloyd Roberts, having cleared up the Tremadog affair, will now have other awkward matters to contend with.
