LETTER: W.B. Hankey to Lord Newborough. Hankey had been asked to recommend W. Williams of Caernarfon to the Directors of the Bordeaux and Toulouse Railroad. Hankey wants information from his Lordship as to the suitability of Williams. Hankey then gives news about his hunting activities and some domestic news. He also makes reference to his Lordship having become a member of the Provisional Committee of the new Welsh Line.
