LETTER: Henry Archer to Lord Newborough, concerning the proposed Bangor to Porthdinllaen Railway. He makes a proposal that his Lordship should become a member of a provisional Committee on the matter. Endorsed: DRAFT of letter in reply to above: His Lordship replies that he has already written to Mr. Chadwick (of the Railway Company) giving his support to the proposed building of the railway in conjunction with other landed proprietors in the area.
