LETTER: Messrs. T. and J. Walford of Piccadilly to Lord Newborough. The latter explains to his Lordship that Major General E.P. Lygon is unsatisfied with his Lordship’s plan to reduce the interest on the mortgage by £2,000 to 3½ per cent. Endorsed: DRAFT of reply to above letter: His Lordship acknowledges the refusal of his proposal regarding the mortgage and refers Walford to James and Co., at an address in London, who will deal with the Company’s wishes.
