LETTER: Joseph Welch, Bangor, to Lord Newborough. Welch informs his Lordship that a tax of 16/- on tenants occupying houses worth under £10 p.a. is due to Mr. Jonathon, the collector of the Property Tax. Welch hopes that his Lordship will write to Mr. Gent to clear off the amount due.
