LETTER: Hugh Manley to Lord Newborough. Manley writes concerning details of the sale of the shipwrecked William Turner. He also gives his Lordship details of the cost of new iron gates, saying that a foundry he recently visited would make gates weighing 1½cwt. for 21/- each .
