LETTER: Hugh Manley of Caernarfon to Lord Newborough. Manley informs his Lordship of an office he is candidate for, namely collecting the Trinity money in Manley’s district on behalf of Sydney Herbert. Manley asks for his Lordship to appeal on his behalf to Herbert so that he may secure the office. Manley then gives further details of the office and his reasons for wanting it.
