LETTER: Ellen Vipond, governess, 57 Burton Crescent, London to [Lady Newborough], re the vacancy for a governess with her [Ladyship]’s family. She notes the names and the situations of her previous employers. She gives instruction in French, Music and Drawing with the usual branches of sound English education. She would require a salary of 80 guineas and washing. Enclosed: NOTE giving the names of two of Miss Vipond’s references.
