Hugh Manley of Caernarfon to Lord Newborough. He is concerned with navigation work and sends copies of memorials to the Board of Trade to his Lordship. Manley gives details concerning the sale of a shipwreck, the William Turner and explains that sale of part of the ship, such as the sails, has already amounted to £130.
