LETTER: M. Lloyd, Castle Square, Caernarfon, to Lord Newborough. Lloyd reports that a Mr. Gerrard wants to rent a house in Market Street formerly occupied by a Mr. William Hughes. He informs his Lordship that Mr. Gerrard wants to pay the lowest possible rent for the house and is unwilling to pay as much as Mr. Hughes paid for it.
