LETTER: Col. Perceval, St. James’, to Lord Newborough. Col. Perceval gives his whereabouts during the past few weeks, including London and Winchester. He hopes that Lady Newborough, confined by illness to certain parts of Glynllifon only, is feeling better. He gives further domestic and family news. He also refers to his dislike of attorneys and to a parliamentary fight he is interested in.
