LETTER: William Williams, Mount Pleasant, to Lord Newborough. Williams asks his Lordship to instruct his agent, Mr. Jones, to draw up for him a lease for the Blue Lion Inn with two adjoining fields. Endorsed: NOTE of Letter in reply to above: His Lordship grants Williams lease for the Inn and half the fields upon which it stands, as well as the whole of the other field leading up the Tryfan Road.
