LETTER: R. Edwards, Post Office, Caernarfon to Lord Newborough, informing him that letters to France must be pre-paid, entire, or may be sent totally unpaid. In the latter case they will not have the benefit of the reduction, but will be charged according to the old rate. He has pre-paid his Lordship’s letter to Paris - 10d.
