LETTER: Jeremiah Griffith, Bryscyni to Lord Newborough. He is six months behind with his rent and still cannot pay, due to accidental circumstances and family illness. He has during the past year lost 2 cows, 1 horse, 1 calf and 5 pigs through death. He requests 3 or 4 months more when he will be able to pay in full. Appended: NOTE of William Roberts, Caernarfon, 3 January [1843], stating that the circumstances as stated are correct. Jeremiah Griffith is a person of great integrity.
