LETTER: Capt. Percival, 29 Bury St., St. James to Lord Newborough giving information about the housekeeper. She is engaged at 50 gns. per annum wages without any prequisities of any kind. If she is not approved of her travelling expenses are to be paid. If she continues in service at Glynllifon she is to be allowed occasionally to visit her friends at her own expense. Appended: Postscript that a change of ministers or a dissolution of Parliament is expected.
