LETTER: W[illia]m Hughes of Market St., Caernarfon, to Lord Newborough. He has acted for the past 25 yrs. as Coroner and Steward of the Borough of Caernarfon. The Municipal Corporations Act authorised that these offices could be abolished and a Treasurer appointed instead. He asks for his Lordship’s interest to secure him the office of Treasurer.
