LETTER: Thomas Prichard, Caernarfon to Lord Newborough, asking his Lordship if he will send him 20 or 30 revenue stamps at 3d and 6d and also a few blanks. He reports a conversation with Mr. Rumsey Williams which showed that the state of his Lordship’s insurances were favourable. Mr. Bettiss has paid for the slates he bought at Ffestiniog.
