LETTER: T. Lloyd Jones, New Brewery, Holyhead to the Hon. Spencer Wynn, informing his Lordship that he is unable to pay £40 he owed to one of his Lordship’s tenants, William Jones of Tredaniel, Holyhead for barley. He asks that his Lordship takes a note of hand at one month date, payable at the Caernarfon Bank. He also informs his Lordship that he was known to Mr. Rumsey Williams, having attended Lord Newborough’s Election in 1826 to vote for his Lordship.
