PETITION: John Williams, cottager of Fachwen, pa.[rish] Llanddeiniolen to the Hon. Spencer Wynn for a reduction in rent from £2 to £1 because of the distance of the cottage from a road, improvements he had made, and the fact that they had earlier been turned out of the cottage which was on common land.
