LETTER: Wm. Elias, The Abbey, to the Hon. [S.B. Wynn], re his unsuccessful attempts to collect arrears from the Denbighshire tenants. They cannot sell their corn, the barley being in bud. The upland tenants are in distressing circumstances. He describes the stock and circumstances of the tenants of Maesyplwm and Brynycoed and requests instructions as to what he is to do with them. He reports on repairs at Melai mill [Llanfair Talhaearn, co. Denbs.].
