LETTER: [Lord] Newborough, in London, to ?Rev. David Williams. He has just returned from staying with a friend in co. Dorset for shooting. He is going back there until Parliament meets. He reports on the mourning for the dead Duke. He will send Mrs. Williams a medal and a print of the funeral procession. Phillips has had an accident in his new vehicle on his way down to co.
