DRAFT LETTER: W G Griffith, Bodegroes, to George Bettiss, Caernarfon. He is sorry at the result of Bettiss’ application and he will have to chance it at the assizes. He is not pleased that Col. Hughes and company have discovered the fact that he is his Lordship’s agent. Bettiss must attribute it to the working of their imagination. He encloses a contribution to the cause of Independence.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
