LETTER: Farrars and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, [London], to George Bettiss, Caernarfon, informing him that they had altered his affidavit and that if it was found to be correct he would get it ingrossed with an affidavit stamp and sworn before a Master Extraordinary and returned to them. They concluded that the tenant who was getting slates had no authority under his holding to do so and therefore he was to give the tenant notice that unless he desisted they would apply to the Court of Chancery for an injunction to restrain him.
