LETTER: Farrars and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, [London], to George Bettiss, Caernarfon, sending a copy of an affidavit which appeared to embrace all the advantages of Aberkin. They ask him to insert any further ones. They feared that there would be difficulty in getting it through with the Master because the price was so high. They had fully ascertained that the crown rents were properly kept in charge and they had paid them all. Mr. Atkinson was out of town but when he returned they would ask him about the slate. Appended: DRAFT AFFIDAVIT: re the value of Aberkin to be sworn by George Bettiss in Chancery. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 3010]
