LETTER: Farrars and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, [London], to George Bettiss, Caernarfon, informing him that they had decided to purchase three allotments for £140, to be paid the following Michaelmas, but Mr. Wilkins wished to know if they would also agree to purchase Lot 5, valued at £60, for £50. He also asks if they would make an offer for Lots 24 and 25. Mr. Wilkins hoped thereby to end the dispute with the Inclosure Commission. They ask whether he thought it advisable to take Lot 5 at the asking price and what sums he recommended for Lots 24 and 25. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 3008]
