LETTER: Farrars and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, to [?George Bettiss, Caernarfon], [originally] appending a copy of a letter they received from the War Office. The road he mentioned had better not be made until the purchase was completed. With regards to the purchases mentioned by him unless Lord Newborough had some personal wish to have them they did not think it advisable for the trustees to lay out so much money. They would however fulfil his Lordship’s wishes. They discuss the length of time a purchase would take to complete. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2961]
