LETTER: Farrar and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, to Mr. George Bettiss, Caernarfon, acknowledging receipt of a letter giving particulars of estates in Anglesey and Caernarfonshire which were to be sold in London on 2 April and agreeing that Lord Newborough’s trustees would not be justified in purchasing any part of the property except Lot 3 and that only because of its vicinity to Glynllifon Park and the opinion of Sir John Wynn that it formed part of the Park. They ask him what he thought might be a reasonable offer by the trustees. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2949]
