LETTER: George Bettiss, Caernarfon, to Messrs Farrar and Co., Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, giving details of the final three instalments of the division of Sir John Owen’s estate. He cannot find a draft of the conveyance anywhere, despite Sir John Owen’s requests. He cannot remit any further money at present, and distraining and selling off is not practicable as none have money to buy. Mr. Pownall has told Mr. Rowlands how displeased they are. [N.L.W.
