LETTER: Robert Williams to Thomas Wynne. His son-in-law wants his writing so that he may have money to go to London in accordance with Wynne’s orders. He is reluctant to release these writings but does not want his son-in-law to blame him if he looses employment as a result. He will deliver the writings provided Wynne signs a note in the presence of witnesses known to him. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2921]

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
