LETTER: William Thomas, builder, Caernarfon, to Lord Newborough, to request that he be allowed to tender for the rebuilding of Llandwrog parish church. He declined the contract for Llandwrog school because prices of building materials had increased so much between the time of his tendering and the contract being offered.
