NEWSPAPER CUTTING from the Liverpool Mercury, labelled for Quarter Sessions, October 1875. The cutting is a letter from a Caernarfonshire Ratepayer protesting that whereas the county buildings in Bangor had been used by diocesan officials to investigate the Anglesey Clerical Scandals, the guardians of the Conwy Union were unable to meet at the Conwy police court. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 1834]
