Picton Jones, at Inns of Court Hotel, London W.C., to Lord Newborough re the depositing of £1185.0.0d. in the Bank of England to pay for the purchase of ground adjoining the foundry in Caernarfon. Enclosed: LETTER (7 July 1869): George Eady, 18 Pack St., Westminster S.W., to G.T. Picton Jones, informing him that he will undertake to join in signing a cheque for £1185 in the event of the proposed sale of land to Lord Newborough being cancelled.
