NOTICE from S. Carter and Messrs. Swift, Wagstaff and Blenkinsop, solicitors, 32 Great George St., Westminster, to Lord Newborough that certain specified lands, township Maenan, pa.[rish] Eglwys Fach or extra-parochial, would be required under the provisions of a proposed Act of Parliament to extend the Conwy and Llanrwst Railway to Bettws-y-Coed and to make deviations and other alterations in the line of the authorised railway. Appended: NOTE (21 Dec. 1860) by Lord Newborough that he had replied that he was dissenting from the proposed alterations. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2245]
