NOTICE from Helps and Parker, solicitors, Chester, to the Right Honourable Lord Newborough that application would be made to Parliament for ?them to introduce a Bill to empower the Nantlle Railway Company to stop up and discontinue the use of certain portions of the railway and to sell those portions of land, some of which were situate in or adjoining to certain lands in which his Lordship had an interest. Appended: NOTE (10 Dec. 1861) by Lord Newborough that he had replied that he was dissenting in respect of the above proposal. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2283]
