NOTICE from Messrs. Helps and Parker, solicitors, Chester, to Lord Newborough, William Bulkeley Hughes and Frederick Lowry Barnwell that application would be made to Parliament to enable the Nantlle Railway Company to discontinue certain portions of the railway which were situate in or adjoining to certain lands in which they were interested. Appended: NOTE: (21 Dec. 1860) by Lord Newborough that he had replied that he was dissenting in respect of the above proposals. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2281]
