CIRCULAR LETTER: Wilkins Blyth, 10 St. Swithins Lane, London, E.C., to [Lord Newborough] to landowners affected by the Caernarfon and Llanberis railway, explaining the circumstances by which the line was threatened and also the reasons for building the line. The line was threatened by a proposal to build a line from Llanberis to Bangor. He emphasises the advantages of the Caernarfon to Llanberis line including the junction with the London and North Western Railway. He asks the landowners to write in support of the ’better’ line.
