NOTICE from Messrs. Howell, Jones and Howell, solicitors, Welshpool, to the Right Honorable Spencer Bulkeley Lord Newborough that certain specified lands, parishes Abererch, Penrhos and Denio [Deneio] would be required for the construction of new railway deviations and other works on the Cambrian Railways.
