Thomas Edward Wynne Belasyse of Newburgh Park, co. York, Esq.. 2. The Right Honourable Thomas John Lord Newborough of Glynllifon. TRANSFER (2 Dec. 1826) of Mortgage as above. Enclosed: LETTER (22 Dec. 1826) ?Bram, Caernarfon, to William Glynne Griffith, Esq., Bodegroes, sending an account of the principal and interest due on the mortgage (as above). The assignment which was drawn by Mr. Ramsey Williams was sent to Paris to be executed by Mr. Belasyse and was delivered by him to Mr. B. a fortnight before. Mr. B. promised to send the assignment to Mr. Glynne Griffith by the next day’s coach. He [originally] enclosed his draft at 2 months. He would mention Mr. Glynne Griffith’s kind suggestion to Mr. Belasyse who was in desperate need of money. He would remit the amount on receipt of the draft. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 4634]
