COPY LETTER: John Teesdale, Fenchurch St., [London], to W.L. Farrer. The Corporation of Trinity House refuse to expend more money than in their offer conveyed by his letter of 15 November 1844. Attached: DRAFT LETTER (n.d.): [Lord Newborough to W.L. Farrer]. Trinity House must be pressed to say whether they are going to limit themselves to the land they have power to appropriate without compensation.
