LETTER: W.L. Farrer, Lincoln’s Inn Fields, [London] to Lord Newborough, to enclose a letter [not present] from Mr Teesdale, Trinity House, on the subject of Bardsey Lighthouse. Appended: LETTER (19 February 1844) in reply to above. His Lordship is unhappy with Mr Teesdate’s method of valuing the land, but authorises Mr Farrar to proceed if he is satisfied that Mr Teesdale can agree to their standpoint.
