PROPOSALS by Griffith Humphreys of Pen Craig, Bryncroes, to the trustees of Lord Newborough for the leasing of mines. He proposed to pay a farm rent of 1/8 of the produce of lead, coal, marble, copper, calam or any other mineral and to pay the tenant for any trespass, if he could be granted a term to raise minerals on Lord Newborough’s estate in Llyin.
