1. Thomes John Lord Newborough. 2. John Rae. TENANCY AGREEEMENT for the letting of Glynllifon and Plas Newydd and demesnes, including Hendre and Cefn y Badda, [all pa.(rish) Llandurog [(Llandwrog)], excepting parcels reserved, namely the Deer Park, Fort Field, such ground S.E. of nursery called Gors, Park Tyntwll, behind the old nursery, part of Llain y Gaseg, Cae o flaen drws, Caeffynonuchaf, Cae talcen i’r Cefu badda, all cottages and gardens and woods and enclosed plantations, and remainder of Wergloddfain not planted, except the avenue, for a term of two years at a rent of £700 p.a.,and also the park in Morfa Dinas Dinlle, Lord Newborough having power to turn out his horses there, at a rent of £50 p.a.. Crops, stock and farming implements are to be taken and valued at £2367.8.5d. The tenant is also to horse the break to Caernarfon every Sunday it goes, at 5/- including driver; and the market cart every Saturday at 2/6d including driver. On signing of the agrernent, John Rae’s office of bailiff is to cease.
