ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT for a Settlement before the marriage of the said John Roberts and Catherine Jones, of the capital messuage, tenement and lands called Havod y Wern in pa.[rish] Clynnog or Clynnock; messuages, tenements and lands called Havod ucha, Cae oddiar y Talken, yr Allt, Buarth miertog, Llain tan y Skibor, Cae’r Havodtû, Buarth mawr, Cae mawr, Gwerglodd y pin, Gwerglodd doppiog, Llain Ellen, Gwerglodd y pandû, Gwerglodd y planwydd, Gwerglodd yr Eithin, Cae’r Eithin, Cae yn Drws y bendeû, Caer Gwndwn, and Cae wrth Cai yr havod ucha, all in pa.[rish] Clynnog or Clynnock, messusge, tenements and lands called Cae Athro, Kefn y pandu ucha, Erw Llywelyn, Grogan and Tyddyn Rhyddid, in pa.[rish] Llanrug, messuage, tenement and lands called Penrallt, in pa.[rish] Clynnog or Clynnock, yearly rent of £3 out of the capital messuage, tenement and demesne called Glangwnney in pa.[rish] Llanrug, the lands of William Williams, gent. by right of Blanch his wife; capital messuage, tenement and demesne lands of the said John Jones called Tan’r allt, in pa.[rish] Abererch, in occupation of the said John Jones; messuage, tenements and lands called Hendre, Tu yn y Mynydd, Bartu, Gwerglodd tan Cae’r Gegin, Cae’r odyn galch, Cae’r Batu, Yr Esel bach, and Tu yn tir yr hendre, in pa.[rish] Aberech; messuages, houses or burgages in town Pwllheli in occupation of John Prichard and David Thomas, messuages, tenements and lands called Tu yn y lôn and Gwag y Noi in pa.[rish] Aberdaron; two undivided thirds of the messuage, tenement and lands called Porthfriddin in pa.[rish] Llanfihangel y pennant; two undivided thirds of the messuages, gardens and orchards in town Bangor called The Starr Inn, Tu yn y Berllan, Y Berllan fawr and Y Berllan bach and all other messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments of the said Henry Roberts, John Roberts, John Jones and Catherine Jones in co.
