Before Thomas Burton, justice at Conwy. EXEMPLIFICAilON of a final concord, levied at the Great Sessions for co. of Caerns. at Caernarfon, on 6 Sept. 1686. Plaintiff: Timothy Griffith Deforceants: Ellen Morris, widow, Hugh ap John Arthur and Elizabeth, his wife. when the deforceants acknowledged 12. messuages, 20 tofts, 1 water grist mill, 30 gardens, 120 acres land, 650 acres meadow, 200 acres pasture, 5 acres wood, 100 acres heath, 80 acres moor in Trefodvel alias Bodvel, Pwllhely [Pwllheli] and in parishes Deinio [Deneio] and Llannor, to be the property of the plaintiff.
