FINAL CONCORD between John Lewis and Robert Roberts, gent, plaintiffs, and Lewis Williams, yeoman, Richard Ellis, yeoman and Ellin his wife, and Lewis Davies, yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife, deforceants, when the deforceants acknowledged four messuages, 3 cottages, 4 gardens, 2 orchards, 100 acres of land, 500 acres of meadow, 80 acres of pasture, 4 acres of wood, 80 acres of Heath and Bruery and a Common of pasture, parishes of Llanunda [Llanwnda] and Llandurog [Llandwrog] to be the right of the plaintiff. Consideration: 90 marks of silver.
